Mr Eb is doing stuff like this at the moment, Bill.

Why don't you slip out in to the back yard and make a few shots of the bugs on the flowers to show us?

Or shoot slightly unfocussed snaps of the spines of the buy-by-the-kilo pearls you have prepared for the next book stall?

Or trot out that candid of ole Tiffo searching for the missing button from the shirt he wore for the last Stooges' Retreat?

Or...?
Bill Phillips: You wait and see what I have in store....all the above will seem better
What a sprawling estate?! Gorgeous
Bill Phillips: It is an Hotel Hollie
the shadows of this massive tree dominate the image Bill. nice building, i like the contrast between the walls and windows
Bill Phillips: Thanks Ayush. The shadows made it worth getting up early!

I love this composition, esp. the broad shadow - what an old tree! Quite more than a filler!
Bill Phillips: I hadn't intended to post it but found I had missed a day

It is always good to see where SCers live. Are those the staff quarters off to the right?
Bill Phillips: Indeed Alan. It also includes the bacon store

I like the shadow of the tree; looks like a huge bird of prey.
Bill Phillips: Have you been taking substances again?

Now this is a good picture Bill, no silly twiddled to ruin it. Is black the new colour.
Bill Phillips: None at all apart from Lightroom
It's looking magnificent Bill. Just needs some St Trinians girls
Bill Phillips: Heck Janet that takes me back grin
This is a very nice shot, Bill. The house almost seems to be lit by spotlights.
Bill Phillips: The morning sun picked it out nicely, with a bit of help from Lightroom
wow... love this Bill...
Bill Phillips: Well I am very pleased that you do Ronky
A very fine building and a very good image, more than just a filler IMHO.
Bill Phillips: Pleased you like it Brian

Bill Phillips: It was a perfect morning Richard

Will you and Ange be moving into the granny annexe, now that Joseph is on the scene?
Bill Phillips: That would be nice!
Fill 'er up, as we'd say, Bill!
Bill Phillips: Yes Ma'am
Is this a daytime shot processed to look like a night shot? If so, it's very well done, Bill - if it's a real night shot it's also well done!
Bill Phillips: It is fairly early morning tweaked a bit to be a bit more dramatic
I like that big shadow...
Bill Phillips: So did I Larry

Fine B&W is just filler now as we wait for the main treat - if your reply to Ray is anything to go by I shan't hold my breath.
