Spring in the garden

Taken on March 9th these are hyacinths and mini daffs that were originally grown in pots indoors and then bunged into the border in front of the house.

The flowers are really springung up for pleasure! I can understand that they left the pots indoors to enjoy the spring air and to listen to the birds. (A bit too much PS IMMO, sorry)
Bill Phillips: A bucketful of Photomatix and lightroom Philine.

The only thing one needs to know about your horticultural skills is the deft use of the word "bunged" below your picture..
Bill Phillips: I believe in the survival of the fittest in the garden. Can'r be doing with plants that are fussy
such a pleasant view!
Bill Phillips: Indeed it is JC.
Just a minute I need to put my sunglasses on.
Bill Phillips: I should try a blindfold Mick
Well worth the effort
Bill Phillips: It wasn't much effort Martin
This is really a great shot for the first day of spring.

Looks well worth the effort by your Head Gardener. Very colourful and a good image to make the last day of winter (or was yesterday?)
Bill Phillips: Spring starts tomorrow as far as I know Alan

I read some disparaging marks about your posting today (no need to say where) but I don't agree it's a fine shot for the last day before spring starts tomorrow officially.
Bill Phillips: I get a lot of stick Brian but it bothers me not. I just do my own thing smile
It was about time to get rid of them Bill! Beautiful capture.
Bill Phillips: The Hyacinths were presents in pots and the mini daffs were from a local supermarket.
