I don't have any monkeys to give, Bill...could I substitute a rat's?
Bill Phillips: as in rat's tiny little bottom?
Thats a big old tyre .....does the job nicly
Bill Phillips: I wonder if the number of tyres is any indication of how good the owner is at driving the thing?
good job Bill... the colours and details just pop!!!....petersmile
Bill Phillips: Pleased you think so Peter

Yeah - well..

Those things on the stern, I wonder what they're called, all canal craft seem to sensibly have them
Bill Phillips: Bumpers?

Worst one so far Bill, but worst of an excellent set. That does not make a lot of sense really, or does it? You tell me.
Bill Phillips: Makes perfect sense to me. You are saying that the others are a work of genius whereas this is only excellent.

The HDR has worked well here Bill
Bill Phillips: Thank you Janst
nice reflections here!
Bill Phillips: Thanks Ronky. We are both doing colourful this week!
Yes, that large tire really pops out. Love the colour combinations you've captured here, Bill.

Really lovely, Bill.
Bill Phillips: Thank you very much Pauline
You took a lot of trouble to get this, Bill.
Bill Phillips: I did Tom i surely did
No doubt those tyres serve a useful purpose, and I guess the water level is a lot higher by now. I've just seen Worcester on the news, how awful, and see your daughter lives there somewhere, I do hope she doesn't have any flooding problems.
Bill Phillips: Both daughters do but at least Kathryn lives in a 3rd floor flat. The park not far from Helen is flooded but so far it looks very unlikely she will be affected. I have got a couple of pictures of the park lined up
For some reason the Seatrain song 'Despair tire' popped into my memory smile
