I like people-less landscapes--less complicated that way...
Bill Phillips: You don't fancy a nice horse drawn cart coming up the lane laden with hay then Larry?
My favorite kind of landscape! And this is beautiful- love your composition, Bill!
Bill Phillips: Thank you kindly E.

This could be the road to ruination tastefully made inviting by Lightroom's seductive charms..

A fascinating title Bill but I expect there were a family hiding behind the tree. I like the light through the fence.
Bill Phillips: Yes there was a little family of triangles and parallel lines out for a day in the countryside
Thats the way to do it
Bill Phillips: Isn't that what Mr Punch says ? grin
fairy tale good stuff, Bill
Bill Phillips: Thanks JC.

That would make a good book title. A fine photo you show.
Bill Phillips: Pleased you like it Mary
Beautiful shot Bill and I like your treatment! (Is this Lightroom?)
Bill Phillips: Photomatix Pro from 5 exposures and then twiddled in Lightroom....cooked in a low oven for 30 minutes and served with a salad
I'm all in favour of no people in the landscape, Bill!
Bill Phillips: Sometimes they help but I usually try and avoid them
Bill...beautiful Black/White effects on this image! love it!
Bill Phillips: Thanks Ronky. I'm pleased you do
Just how I like to take landscapes, no people, and this is a very nice composition Bill. Maureen tells me off because I try to avoid getting people in most of my photos!!
Bill Phillips: I don't mind people in them sometimes but I usually try and avoid them

Bill Phillips: Thanks Sarah. 5 shots in Photomatix and Lightroom
No people in this lovely capture, Bill, but someone did leave the gate open for you. They are probably waiting for you further down the road.
Bill Phillips: Yes that was very thoughtful of them Beverly grin

Very fine work, Bill, and extra fine without folks cluttering it up.
Bill Phillips: Cheers Ray. People can be very untidy
