Joseph sees his 1st Christmas tree

I am bored rigid with Bromsgtove so have scrapped the last one of the series and put this picture of Joseph geting a close up of his first Christmas tree yesterday

Apologies to Helen for giving her a green moustache

It is all a bit frantic this month with Lions stuff plus Kathryn is getting married on Christmas eve so if I don't comment or am slow in replying please forgive me

Little Joe could have had a matching green moustache, Bill.
Bill Phillips: It could be done Ray

I am disappointed you've chopped your series off but am delighted you've given Helen a nice green moustache. I think I'll buy one for Astrid as a Christmas present
Bill Phillips: You are overly generous

When I saw this on FB yesterday, Bill, I melted. That little boy has already wrapped himself around my heart.

Tell Chris Astrid already has a green mustache but I'm sure she won't mind another one for reserve.
Bill Phillips: Hopefully you will get to meet him Ginnie

This is a delightful picture of Joseph and Helen. I think she is in the Christmas spirit already wink
I am running to my mailbox,to see if there is a package from Chris....
Good luck with the festivities and just take it one day at the time. Happy to hear about Kathryn smile
Bill Phillips: I have to look at my diary , firstly to discover what day it is and then to see what we are doing grin

This is such a lovely picture, Bill. I see you are the most harrassed grandad/father/husband/worker this month
Bill Phillips: It has been a bit busy. Ange has her ladies stall tomorrow in the grotto and she is hoping to raise quite a bit of money.

He looks rather nonplussed by it Bill, but then that is what you'd expect. I laughed out loud when I read Tiffs comment.
Bill Phillips: He was fascinated and kept looking at it. I laughed at Astrid's reply that she already had one

I have the feel Joseph is more interested in the photographer than in the beautifully decorated Christmas tree. Helen looks so happy and more beautiful than before! He is such a cute, sweet fellow, cautiously I would like to touch his 'Köpfchen'.
Happy to hear about Kathryn! This is a special year for you all!
We have to buy our tree from a farmer shortly before Christmas Eve.
Bill Phillips: We don't normally have ours up this early. As it is a live one that has been growing in a pot in the garden we decided to bring it in on Thursday as Helen and Joseph were coming to our house
2013 has been quite a year Philine!
Many more to come for Little Joe.Joe don't let Grandad take the wedding pictures.
Bill Phillips: I'll be long gone by then

I think Joseph is quite taken with the tree. Usually fathers teach their sons to shave but please help Helen shave her green moustache before her sister's wedding.
Bill Phillips: He was fascinated Mary. Sadly because of the date and venue Helen can't go to her sister's wedding

Oh dear! Well, I've enjoyed your Bromsgrove series and you made it look a delightful place to visit. However, I suppose families come first. I wonder what goes through Joseph's mind? Have you bought him a proper train set yet?
Bill Phillips: I'm pleased you enjoyed Bromsgrove Alan. A train set is in my mind but not just yet

You are forgiven, oh busy one. This Kathryn person chose a busy night for nuptials. On Christmas eve I should have both my granddaughters with me - my star will shine bright.
Bill Phillips: Christmas eve was bad enough but Cheltenham will probably be rammed with shoppers etc! Still it is her choice. Lovely that you will have your granddaughters with you.
He's going to love his first Christmas. Just at the right age to take it all in. Lovely shot Bill
Bill Phillips: I hope so. They are all coming here for Christmas dinner
We saw this lovely picture, green moustache not withstanding, on my tablet at breakfast time and thought what a lovely image it is. Your girls, hurried birth also not withstanding, are giving you and Ange two wonderful memories of 2013 aren't they.
Bill Phillips: We won't forget 2013 Brian smile
aawww so cute..I am bringing mine out this weekend! Please capture every moment!
Bill Phillips: The camera will be in action at every opportunity Ronky
A first Christmas is a great event Bill!
Bill Phillips: It will be a bit special Richard

Happy mum and babe - great shot Bill!
Bill Phillips: Thanks Martin
All is forgiven for taking care of your lovely family! This is a sweet photo!!!
Bill Phillips: He really loved the tree
