Bill Phillips: Frightening isn't it?
These streets are so pleasant - another early morning?
Bill Phillips: Elizabeth please look at the title of the picture grin

It musta been a gawd-awful mess before the restoration project, Bill...
Bill Phillips: Cheeky burger. It was in a terrible state actually. They are converting the upstairs into flats
I see that they went all out with the renovation Bill... nicely framed... i like the pattern of the stones on the road....petersmile
Bill Phillips: It was in a real mess Peter

Haha- it is sunny in Droitwich - neither rain nor snow despite Christmas time! A fine gutteridge on the left side! Is there an English flag or the Union Jack flag on the roof of the elegantly redecorated Town Hall?
Bill Phillips: It is sunny here again this morning Philine. I confess I can't recall if there is ever a flag flying!

The first thing that struck me is that Christmas is upon us...
Bill Phillips: I know, awful isn't it? We are already making preparations for our Grotto which opens on November 23rd!

That is a nice looking building. Too bad not more people enjoy the sun and go out for a stroll....
They did a great job with the street.
Bill Phillips: It is usually fairly quiet around this bit on a Sunday afternoon Lady P

I love how "well-rounded" your Town Hall seems to be, Bill. grin
Bill Phillips: It curves round the corner from St Andrew's Street into Friar Street grin
wait a minute, we're still enjoying the beginning of autumn Bill!
Bill Phillips: Still got summer flowers here JC

Town Hall is an attractive building.
Bill Phillips: It was looking very sad Mary and has been done up a treat!

Lovely Sunday afternoon stroll in such a picture postcard place would be a delight
Bill Phillips: It is usually fairly quiet around this part of town on a Sunday
I hope they will provide the upstairs flats with good soundproofing, Bill. Those town hall meetings can become quite loud at times.

I love the soft focus you've given to this.
Bill Phillips: It is not used as a Town Hall now and underneath are a jewellers and a photographic shop
It looks to be a very fine building Bill, lovely windows and I do like the lamp on the first floor.
Bill Phillips: I am not sure if the lamp is as old as it would have you believe Brian but it suits the building
It's looking very smart now Bill. Christmas has arrived in Truro too
Bill Phillips: It seems to start in September Janet
Christmas adverts seem to be displayed earlier every year Bill! Very nice bright image.
Bill Phillips: It is a shame as it spoils things
What an unusual building - looks like the fake front of a film set!
Bill Phillips: It does a bit, However, I can testify that it is a complete building

It looks an interesting building, the angle almost makes it appear to be merely a facade
Bill Phillips: It does rather Anne.

The laundry and ironing signage (to the left) caught my eye
Bill Phillips: That would be the dry cleaners Richard......unsurprisingly
I didn't realise that Topaz took on council contracts smile
Bill Phillips: Topaz!!!!! This isn't topaz!!
It's a fine building, Bill. Nice to see the sun does shine there occasionally.
Bill Phillips: It shines a lot, but not when Chris comes to see me.
