Its all happening for Gramps!

You and your pal, Murph, will be a riot ...munching on the Last Cake, while showing 6X4 prints of your grandkids and sighing, meaningfully...
Bill Phillips: I doesn't bear thinking about Ray

Bill Phillips: No it is all disposables these days.

Oh, you are a busy man - fine! - I wanted to say that Joseph has still to grow a bit to wear these baby clothes, but than I read your info before I thought that these sweaters -blue or rosé or white?- were your own baby clothes.
Bill Phillips: They are still a bit big for him, but he is growing fast! All pure glowing white!

but no terry towelling nappies anymore
Bill Phillips: No. It is a debate which is worse for the environment, disposable or all the detergent used to wash terry towelling ones.

It would take you back - very far, old chap smile
Bill Phillips: Well Helen is 33 so it is quite a way!
When you become a grandparent, Bill, everything connected with your grandchild causes wonderment and delight, so I can fully understand and appreciate your excitement in seeing baby clothes on the line.
Bill Phillips: All of a sudden I am looking again at children's clothes, books and toys....I'm loving it!
I though they were straight jackets at first smile
Bill Phillips: I could end up in one
How far back Bill.........to when you were wearing them? grin
Bill Phillips: Back in the mists of time when God's dog was a puppy that would be
I reckon you're bitten by the Grandpa bug very much Bill, next thing comes the first baby-sitting session when Helen and her partner want to have their first night out after bring Joseph home, a real nail-biter that one.
Bill Phillips: Won't be for a while Brian but I'm quite relaxed about it...Ange will know what to do :d
Brings back some great souvenirs to me Bill!
Bill Phillips: Lovely sight isn't it?
