Going Home 2/2

I have never been so nervous driving a car as I was for the short journey from the hospital to their house. Time now to leave them to get settled at home without any interference from us. But we are only 10 minutes away if needed Laughing

Lovely shot Bill! Whoever crochet that blanket is very talented. smile I hope all are settled in at home and doing well smile
Bill Phillips: It was made by one of Helen's work colleagues I think. It is lovely. They were also given a patchwork quilt at the hospital. A group of volunteers make quilts for use at the hospital and every new mum gets to chose one to take home. It is such a lovely idea. They are getting settled but little Joseph wakes up every 2 hours at night wanting food!
Nice shot - I like the smile from Andy!
Bill Phillips: He looks quietly proud. He will make a lovely dad

Nervous anticipation
Is that role of paper with 'Warning' informing that the first 18years of a child's life will cost £150,000 (at today's prices). Worth every penny.
Bill Phillips: Worth every penny indeed. I have never for one moment regretted having children

Oh dear. Such a responsibility! I'm sure all will be fine, though. Does the warning label say something like "the contents of this will cost you an arm and leg over the next 20/30/40 years".
Bill Phillips: If you waited until you could afford children you would never have them.grin

A brand new family - how nice!
Bill Phillips: It is. I got my first cuddle with little Joseph yesterday afternoon
Have got you a book for Christmas, Dummies guide to baby sitting.
Bill Phillips: I think I might need it

Oh, another sweet photo - and I like Helen leaning at Andy's powerful shoulder - and Little Joe seems to like reading. I'm sure you will often visit them to cuddle the little 'Wonneproppen'! My best wishes for the young family and give Joseph a gentle hug and kiss from me!
Bill Phillips: Thank you Philine. I had my first cuddle with him yesterday and it was a wonderful moment!
You are giving them some nice memories,Bill, another lovely shot.

lovely shot of the lovely little family. That fear when driving the grandchild around never fades while they are little.
A smile comes to my face as I think of how lovely your life will be with little Joseph in it. All the best to the whole family!
Andy looks really chuffed doesn't here, and Joseph looks such a tiny dot in the carrier, what a lovely picture.
