Thank you for clearing this up, Bill.

I have always thought of Ridgey Didge as more of a fondler than a founder.
Bill Phillips: You must have travelled on Chadair then Ray
This is a great tribute to your fine friend Bill... i love the Old English font on the pedestal....petersmile
Bill Phillips: Ridge is a bit of an old English font himself Peter

What it is to have friends in high places, Bill!
Bill Phillips: The trouble is Chadair never gets to any high places Lisl. In fact it doesn't get to any low ones either

This is how we all would want to remember him. A great man, pity his plane crashed on its way to the award ceremony for Hat Of The Year award..
Bill Phillips: Their safety record is second to none.......as in none are worse
Can't find Chadair on the net to book flight, please help.
Bill Phillips: You would be better off using Aeroflot
Propelled to fame and fortune, what a modest guy.
Bill Phillips: He has much to be modest about Martin

Chadair is a fine company who charge just one penny for flight to the sun. Yes of course they charge for getting on the plane, for a seat, to use the toilet etc. they also have a slot meter for oxygen if the cabin depressurises. Life vests are available priced £25.
Bill Phillips: Chadair have redefined air travel. Mainly because you never actually get to do either. That is get into the air or travel anywhere. Mind you their departure lounge is something a bit special.....

His flights of fantasy were all a lot of hot air
Bill Phillips: I thought that was Montgolflier and his brother
Enlighten me Bill as to who he was.
Bill Phillips: He is, not was. The legend that inhabits darkest Cirencester and has been posting pictures from down under recently. It is a long story Pauline.

Hahahah!!! He seems to borrowed a hat from Isambard.
Bill Phillips: He has one of his own and has been known to wear it
The man is famous even outside his own country's borders.
Bill Phillips: I think the word you meant was infamous Mary
In this getup, Bill, old Ridge would seem to be more a founder of Chad's Horse & Buggy Stables than the mastermind who was responsible for producing Chadair's state-of-the-art fleet of planes.
Bill Phillips: Chadair's fleet of planes pre-dates most Horse and buggy stables Beverly.

He reminds me of a budgerigar in certain aspects. You find his markings allover smile
Bill Phillips: Yes I think that is a good analogy Louis
How wonderful to see that our friends in the Netherlands think so highly of old Ridge
Bill Phillips: It was only a small statue Janet
From drainpipes to stovepipe smile
Bill Phillips: He is just that sort of Guy John
