Very good, Bill.

Did you have to help them to get up?
Bill Phillips: If they had needed help...........I would have walked away
Good to see they continued their morning calisthenics. Did they do jumping jacks next?
Bill Phillips: They were just trying to look like real photographers. I had to call an ambulance
Fun shot Bill... i saw this image in a collage last week but not sure who's it was... but this is better now that you boosted the colours....petersmile
Bill Phillips: By a process of deduction Peter. There were 4 of us and I didn't post it in a collage and Chad was standing next to me at the time grin

Great shot, man in action....
I hope the knees where okay after this shot.
Great title.
Bill Phillips: They were just trying to look as if they knew what they were doing.
Heck ... Who are those two amazingly good-looking men?

It said in the 'Beginners Guide to Taking Seaside Snaps' that it was important feel the sand whipping up into your eyes
Bill Phillips: No idea. They were just there

Chris's jacket matches the sea's colours and Richard's trousers the colour if the sands! What a stony beach - but you had it for your own- that's lovely!
Bill Phillips: A perfect beach for skimming stones from Philine

This is something I can no longer do, Peter...sad but true. For those of you who can, cherish the moment! In the meantime, I'm there beachcombing!!!
Bill Phillips: I can get down but getting up is an unedifying sight Ginnie

Here I am in the company of greatness, by which I obviously refer to Trim's photo equipment..
Bill Phillips: We all admired Trim's equipment Chris

The press pack thronged around the winner of the Miss Southwold beauty pageant 2013 yelling for a smile ;o)

PS Listening to Tubular Bells!
Bill Phillips: Good for you! I went into a real record shop yesterday and picked up a double CD of Old Bottleneck Blues by various folk including Robert Johnson and Elmore James. Three quid!

Not sure my knees would allow me to do this.
Bill Phillips: My knees let me get down Aussie but are not so good at getting me back up again grin
Love the effect on the photo. I wish my knees would let me do that.
Bill Phillips: Mine let me get down but getting up again is not a pretty sight grin
An excellent way to exercise is to do it in everyday activities. It's wonderful that Chris and Trim are getting their squats in while photographing girls on the beach.
Bill Phillips: Girls? There were girls???
Really great shot Bill!
Bill Phillips: I am obliged to you Martin

Tiff is being taught how to shoot from the squat position, Richard's favourite.
Bill Phillips: It wasn't a pretty sight
Interesting shot....

Bill Phillips: I was kid enough not to show them trying to get up again Previ

In Africa, when they sit like this, you walk around.
Bill Phillips: In Suffolk when they sit like this you call for a paramedic
These two would be adept at using Chinese loos smile
Bill Phillips: I'm not sure I even want to think about that
First rule in a photography handbook about seaside photographs, do not take ones camera on to the beach, obviously these two doddery old fellows have forgotten that one.
Bill Phillips: Blimey Brian that must be an old handbook grin
They are great pretenders, aren't they Bill?
Bill Phillips: None greater Richard

Is there some bathing beauty that has attracted them?
I love how you've processed this, Bill, very artistic. This image is one that they both should treasure.
Bill Phillips: Thanks Beverly. Done in Lightroom
