Strewth, Bill! There must be 50 of the blighters!
Bill Phillips: 51 I think Ray
This is a great image Bill... i love the depth out to infinity...
i read your link about selling the huts to build the cliff wall... if i bought one of these for £75,000 would i be able to live there on the beach or would i have to drag the thing home with me....petersmile
Bill Phillips: It is a lot of money for what is really little more than a shed
Oh very nice! Great angle, nice colors!
Bill Phillips: I have always liked beach huts. I don't really know why!

There is no finer huttery in all of the east of England.

This pic would happily grace any box of Southwold fudge
Bill Phillips: Indeed so. I have resisted cheerful collages and concentrated on pure chocolate box

If they had built them on the level there would be no need for all those ladders Bill.
Bill Phillips: That wouldn't look as good though.

This is one right from the choccie-box. Great shot and the clouds are wonderful.
This will be paradise in a hot summer.
I just realize this is the east of England. I saw the chain on the cabin to keep it from flying away. There are hardly any east-wind storms, our coast has the west-wind storms, you are always glad when your cabin is still there, after a good storm....
Bill Phillips: 1000 piece jigsaw puzzles will be available in time for Christmas

Oh, this is a lovely side of Southwold - and a fine photo with all the geometrical lines - but where are the human beans? -even Chad, Chris and Trim have disappeared- perhaps they are in one of the huts and drinking Adnams beer? Lol at Chris's comment!
Bill Phillips: Only a few hardy souls were about as it wasn't as warm as it looks grin

Saw this on facebook and thought it was fabulous, time hasn't changed my opinion.

Kind of interested to see how in it would look in B&W
Bill Phillips: I might try it zed.
It really does go on forever it seems.
Bill Phillips: There were quite a lot of them!
I sell garden sheds for a few hundred quid ...
Bill Phillips: If they are like the miserable little specimen in your garden then they are overpriced

Yes, they make a splendid sight and you're captured them well. One of Mr T's lessons?
Bill Phillips: Trimbo doesn't take pictures like this, he takes pictures of people...mainly female
Love this. Looks like it goes on forever and the colours just blend into one and other. Peaceful.
Bill Phillips: Thanks Pauline. It wasn't very peaceful for long with the other 3 about
I see the women have all run off. The lessons must have failed that day. Excellent photo, Bill.
Bill Phillips: They flock round Trim but run away from me Mary
They have just opened some of these, in Lytham St Annes, an English eccentricity.Nice shot all the same, Bill
Bill Phillips: I love beach huts. I suppose growing up near to the coast has something to do with it
You had the perfect weather conditions to capture the summer feel of these colourful little huts, Bill. Is this area of the beach open to the public, or is it considered to be private property?
Bill Phillips: No it is public and we were able to wander along here. It might look like summer but the cold wind off the North sea was a reminder that it was still only May
Southwold is of course famous for its eclectic mix of huttage, and I believe they cost an arm and a leg to buy. Good shot BTW Bill.
Bill Phillips: Very big arm and leg Brian

Wonderful, is the red one making a statement in amongst the blues?
Bill Phillips: An individualist. I salute him or her
Great POV and light here Bill!
Bill Phillips: We were very lucky with the weather Richard
Very well pictured, Bill. I like the odd red one.
Bill Phillips: The only communist in Southwold?
Love beach huts, these are rather smart, six figure jobs no doubt smile
Not bad.
