Are you lot working shifts to stop that bloddy sign from collapsing...cos the see-ment won't dry?
Bill Phillips: Something like that Ray. Not a lot but something grin
I've seen more of the totem huggers association earlier Bill... there must be a convention up in Clent Hills... fun stuff....petersmile
Bill Phillips: It was their initiation Peter. They had to eat a bacon buttie before gaining full membership

I think these are the latest members of that club, aren't' they?
Great picture, lots of fun here.
Bill Phillips: Indeed they are Lady P. They were initiated with bacon butties and are now fully paid up members
Such a happy group- this sign huggers association! smile Great shot Bill!
Bill Phillips: A small but select society Elizabeth. You might get to join one day

This is conclusive proof that a bacon buttie (or two) can lift the spirits significantly on a cold day
Bill Phillips: It is indeed. This sign is new I don't recall seeing it last time I was there

I just LOVE that you and Lisl are on the same page today, Bill. I told her that you and Ange will soon be hugging Astrid and me. HA! Keep practicing. grin
Bill Phillips: It was pure coincidence wink
It is only just over a month!!!

Good photo I like how the sign is on a hinge allowing it to be sung open for tall huggers
Bill Phillips: They think of everything vintage
You have grown a beard and taken to wearing a wig now I see.
Bill Phillips: No fooling you is there Mick?

Two English people and two Poles. I hope the sign is not a forerunner of a theme park being built up there.
Bill Phillips: This is National Trust property Alan. So fear not

That wasn't there before Bill.
Bill Phillips: Before what? Or when?
someone has to hold the posts up
Bill Phillips: Or is it the other way round?
Happy days,good shot, Bill.
Bill Phillips: It was good fun. My ambition is to take everyone on SC to Clent to sample the bacon buttiesgrin
The Clent hills has red soil! With the smiles I am guessing the sandwiches have already been eaten.
Bill Phillips: Correct! They had the choice of walk or buttie first than it was no contest! Sandstone is common in this area, hence the red

Those carvings are wonderful Bill.
Bill Phillips: A fairly recent addition Frances
Seems like the pole is keeping the gentleman propped up more than being hugged by him, Bill. Those bacon butties must have taken a toll on the poor fellow.
Bill Phillips: He was overcome by their exquisite nature Beverly
Try as he might Mike can't get any more of a smile out of the guy on top of the pole than you did!!!
Bill Phillips: We should have tried tickling him!

Great picture Bill those bacon butties do a power of good!
Bill Phillips: They lift the spirits Anne
They're still smiling after those bacon butties grin
Bill Phillips: They were still smiling when they left to go home in the afternoon
It reminds me of the Borussia's goalposts yesterday....
Bill Phillips: At least Madrid put up a fight. I have just been watching Barca and the own goal just about summed it up!
Looks a lovely location to go sign-hugging Bill!
Bill Phillips: Especially after a bacon sandwich
Ah, two more members, the thick plottens.
Bill Phillips: The society is small but enthusiastic
They are full members of the club now Bill!
Bill Phillips: They are indeed Richard. When are you coming over???
2nd shift?
Bill Phillips: They were the 1st shift!

They seem to be regaining strength after devouring a bacon buttie each. One of them seems to think it is a brown ski slope.
Bill Phillips: Those ski pole things are a good idea for walking....safer than skiing
