Oddingly Church

We had a good book sale yesterday. Overall, with what we had already sold on Amazon, we made over £300 on books. The ladies stall made nearly £60 and we were raffling an Easter egg which made another £80 odd. And the sun shone!

Should be enough for a decent bacon buttie brunch, then, Bill!
Bill Phillips: Sadly i don't get a penny grin
I like that the sun is shining on the building, but the tree looks silhouetted! Very pretty that way. Congrats on the book sale.
Bill Phillips: Thanks Elizabeth. The books just keep on selling!

I am glad that you did experience so much success and so many pleasures - well deserved! - a colourful photo were more fitting, but I love this little church, too!
Bill Phillips: I have posted colour pictures of this church before Philine but thought a b&w would make a change smile

This is a fine Blackpig study of a charming church. I am pleased you raised a goodly amount yesterday
Bill Phillips: I thank you sir.
An atmosphere that I love with and a great frame, great photo, good job !
Bill Phillips: Thank you very much Olivier.
Good day for sure! Were you selling second hand books on Amazon?
Bill Phillips: I do indeed sell on Amazon and have done for several years. We have a sale at the local Parish centre as well. This month we did very well on Amazon which helped the total.
good result all round Billiam
Bill Phillips: Thank you kind sir
Well done all. I saw the Lions Club out selling books yesterday in Truro. Wish I'd taken a picture
Bill Phillips: I would have liked to have seen it Janet. There are pictures of our booksale on http://www.droitwichlions.com if you fancy a look
What a lovely little church, most unusual in shape, and I guess it's Lightroom that you've used to give this great finish.
Bill Phillips: Yes this went through Lightroom Brian
Well done for yesterday's income Bill!
A lovely atmospheric shot too.
Bill Phillips: Thank you Richard

The sun? Wot's that? Good work on the book sale; money for a good causes, I'm sure. This is a delightful church and looks good even in b&w. Shame about those cables, though.
Bill Phillips: I thought of cloning them out, but in the end I couldn't be bothered grin
Fine B&W, Bill - lot of depth in the blacks.
Bill Phillips: Thank you kindly Tom
Nice shot sir.
Bill Phillips: I am obliged to you
I love the church! it is stunningly beautiful! Excellent capture & composition.
