Looks like you made an interesting swamp, Gawd Billy.
Bill Phillips: It is a bog garden Ray....whatever floats your boat I guess
It's a wonderland...
Bill Phillips: A rather nice bog garden Larry
This is a good start! Great variety of colors!
Bill Phillips: Thanks Elizabeth. One of these days I will go there when there are more things flowering

That flash of acer on the left really draws the eye!
Bill Phillips: I wondered what it was!
Magic ! It got you outdoors.
Bill Phillips: Hahaha I do go out but lately not to take pictures
Interesting result Bill.
Bill Phillips: Thank you Martin smile
I wonder how many reptiles make this bog their home, Bill. Pressing buttons and twiddling with sliders gave you great results. Well done!
Bill Phillips: We don't have many reptiles in the UK (apart from in Government) only 3 snakes and three lizards as far as I know. I would imagine there will be plenty of frogs though

My eyes are drawn to the reddish object lurking behind the trees Bill. I want to know more!!!
Bill Phillips: Blackie says it's an Acer but I think it is Shaw waiting to say something horrible
It's good to twiddle but you need to twiddle something interesting.
Bill Phillips: This is more interesting than a load of boring old northerners wandering the streets mate
I do like the light on those foreground reeds!
Bill Phillips: I am obliged to you Martin
Nothing like a good slider twiddle in Lightroom, I've got some mono coming up that have been dealt with in the same way.
Bill Phillips: I shall look forward to seeing them Brian
Somewhat surreal and magical Bill, that's what happened!
B-llocks.
Bill Phillips: I tried to be kind about your stick with a bit of string on it but that's it. No more Mr nice guy

That's my editing technique in any case. Was this a townscape before you started fiddling? smile
You get a colourful bog to blog.
A place for fairies at the bottom of the garden smile

It is a bit like a magical children's world Bill.
I have photoshop program in my computer which I think I should try to play with it a bit more. I tend to go back to Picasa which is quick but not the effects i'm look for sometimes.
