Apologies for lack of comments or replies. Have just bought a new laptop and there are a few problems with getting it set up properly. There seems to be a glitch !!!!

Did you try a new set of batteries in your new top, Bill...sometimes the ones the Chinese pack in their trinkets are already flat when they arrive at PoS.
Bill Phillips: Problem with the wirles driver I think. Had Dell on the phone for an hour. Driver now disabled so I'm plugged in.....they are ringing back tomorrow

The M5 is a long, very important Motorway I went along from Bristol to Exeter ... a special perspective. 'Agies' - this is a new word for me, too = apology, excuse, or simply sorry?
Bill Phillips: Should have been apologies Philine. The constant error message played havoc with my, never very good, typing!

Trim gets the prize for the brightest picture today whilst you have the honour of producing the exact opposite!
Bill Phillips: The underside of a motorway bridge is seldom a thing of beauty

Yes new tops can be tricky, difficult to detect front from back and which hole the head goes through.
Bill Phillips: Very true John
When you say you have got a new top do you mean a straight jacket top and you can't get out of it, oh deep joy.
Bill Phillips: I am in a very bad mood Shaw. I spent hours watching some dumbe piece of software transfer everything to the new laptop. A lot of it doesn't work and the wireless driver thing doesn't work. Still Dell spent an hour on the phone today playing with it. I can at least use it plugged into the router but he has disabled the wireless card and is going to ring me again tomorrow.....

I thought I was looking at the canal - only upside down!
Bill Phillips: I think you should go to Specsavers Mike (OH you don't like them do you?) grin
grey grim grunge
Bill Phillips: Yus my dear

The glitch is the soul of the old one haunting you. Abandoned after such good service - shame.

I will mark this one as a likey.
Bill Phillips: I decided to have a laptop, partly to be wireless and portable. Guess what....the wireless driver or the card isn't working properly and I am plugged into the router........Pleased you like the pic....that has cheered me up no end

A new top? A shirt? A fancy jumper? A spinning top?

My 92 year dad has just bought a laptop with Windows 8 on it and expects me to be an expert.
Bill Phillips: Windows 8 isn't as bad as I feared and is certainly not as bad as Vista. This thing boots up in about 20 seconds... the old one used to take about 5 minutes!!
I'm assuming you mean laptop and not a pullover or somesuch. Should we ever come to Droitwich I shall try and avoid this part of the scenery.
Bill Phillips: There is a problem with the wireless card driver or something and I ahd the bloke from dell on the phone fiddling with it by remote control for about an hour! He is ringing back tomorrow as noe the wireless is disabled and I am plugged in!
I never realized the M5 had 8 lanes Bill!
I trust your computer problems will be sorted out soonest.
Bill Phillips: Hahaha very good Richard. It is OK apart from the wireless driver and the fact that some of the software from my old machine won't work on windows 8!
Are you aiming to incite a localised property crash and expand your house by buying your neighbour's gaff Bill?
Bill Phillips: Now there's an idea....I could also claimthe HS2 route is going trough here too

Youer image kind of reflects the M5 and I am just getting use to windows 7 haha smile
Bill Phillips: It is underneath the M5 bridge that goes over the Hanbury road out of Droitwich
Got me beat with this one, Bill - is it under the Mway?
Bill Phillips: It is Tom. Underneathe the Motorway bridge that goes over the Hanbury road out of Droitwich....not pretty!
It's quite spooky Bill. You can just imagine some horrid figure leaping out.
Lovely things, motorways, aren't they.
