That looks like a good cycle path, Bill...part of the national grid?
Bill Phillips: It is the canal towpath Ray but is used by a lot of cyclists.
Very nice canal - the sky is so beautiful... so blue!
AWESOME song!! I've always thought Dire Straits were highly underrated.
Bill Phillips: We took our kids to see them at the NEC in Birmingham. It was the first time either of them had been to a concert. Helen (who was about 11) asked if it would be loud. It was! Her face when Dire Straits exploded onto the stage was a sight to see grin Mark Knopfler is just an amazing guitarist.

You have found the perfect way to display your distinctive hometown: namely by showing as little of it as possible in your compositions.Good move!
Bill Phillips: I wanted to make it clear to the likes of you that the sun DOES shine in Droiters

Three lonely dancing clouds - I like them! The videos I can not see - mostly!
Bill Phillips: I hope you are able to see the one on Monday. It is a very interesting guitar playing technique!
I like yr gives a very realistic feel to the view
Bill Phillips: Thank you very much. I'm pleased you like it
I see that the regeneration of Droitwich has brought out all the photographers, dog walkers, courting couples, pensioners on their constitutional, mothers pushing prams, kids on bikes, mobility vehicles, teenagers skiving off school, houswife's with stolen Tesco trolleys.

Lifes rich tapestry prevails.
Bill Phillips: I'm not sure if you are being ironic or just plain daft

PS we only have a TESCO express. Waitrose Aldi and Morrison are the main supermarkets. I don't like TESCO

Don't tke any notice of Chris -just flaunt it, Bill
Bill Phillips: Nobody takes any notice of Chris grin
It's very good of Chris to let you use one of his sky shots Bill.
Bill Phillips: Flamin' cheek. All my own work this....well all Lightroom's own work
A near cloudless sky, a good start to any composition.
Bill Phillips: A rarity these days Martin
Is this the water supply you use for your soup Bill?
Bill Phillips: Hahahahaha You wouldn't want to try it if it was!!

You must have been so excited when the sun finally emerged in Droitwurst for the first time in years that you took 3, 000 photographs and intend postring them all.
Bill Phillips: You have rumbled me Chad. This series runs to October 2017
Lovely (Darkroom) sky Bill over what looks to be a pleasant canal-side walk. I always regret never going to see Dire Straits in concert, we just seemed to be doing other things at the time.
Bill Phillips: Only saw them once, at the NEC. About the time of the Brothers in Arms album which was, I suppose, the height of their popularity. They were very good.
Wonderful sky Bill, love the deep blue! smile
Bill Phillips: amazing what you can do in lightroom Martin
fab blue on the sky Bill
Bill Phillips: Droitwich is famous for its' blue skies...well actually it isn't grin
Nice shot, a friend of mine played in the tribute band 'Dire Traits' they were good but sadly disbanded now.
Bill Phillips: I'm pleased I got to see the real thing. Sultans of Swing is still one og my favourite records
Great sky for the shot, Bill!
Bill Phillips: Thanks Tom. Only tweaked a little
A wonderful sky Bill!
Bill Phillips: Thanks Richard. Even in Droitwich we sometimes see the sun grin
