Farmer William...dreams of electric sheep, and corncobs as big as silos...
Bill Phillips: You should see my turnips
Nice dramatic sky!
Bill Phillips: Thank you Elizabeth

That was 'before the winter'.
Great sky and a lot of mud in the field.
Love the reflection of the light on the field.
Bill Phillips: Only a week or so ago. Enjoy your week off
"Build it and they will come"
i love the layers of colour in this shot Bill... and the bit of snow on the ground....petersmile
Bill Phillips: Sadly it isn't snow it is mud!

Do you consider you live in the North or the South, Bill? This looks like middle England, and very beautiful it is in your picture
Bill Phillips: I live in the West Midlands Lisl. Worcestershire in the ancient kingdom of
Mercia
An atmospheric shot Bill, quite stunning.
Bill Phillips: Thank you kindly Sally

Not bad Bill, very Mick Shaw or is that tadpole?
Bill Phillips: Are you suggesting plagiarism ??
But no glamour as with ''The Field of the Cloth of Gold''.
Bill Phillips: Well I'm not Henry VIII and you ain't Francis I
Great sky, but a tad to dark for me.As for the rest of it ,it's way to dark.
Bill Phillips: Not dark on my screen Mick. Well not as far as i am concerned

Soon to be a field of suburban dream I fear - fine photo (except the dead nettle intruding on the left) with its bleak foreground and threatening sky.
Bill Phillips: Sadly that is probably the case. The nettle should have been removed!

Excellent - the pig will be jealous.
Bill Phillips: He seems to have given up photography!
I could dream looking at that sky! Wonderful shot Bill smile
Bill Phillips: It is a bit different from the leaden sky today Martin!
Good sky and foreground Bill. Mike beat me to the nettle comment, and personally I wish it was a bit lighter, there is so much fine information in there.
Bill Phillips: Yes it is a pity about the nettle!
Dream on, friend...
Bill Phillips: They can't stop you dreaming....can they?
Turned out dark again! Shame because that sky looks promising! smile
Bill Phillips: What is it up north? Can't you lot see? grin

...or nightmares. It looks like the sort of mud that will stick to everything and will be impossible to get off easily. I like the sky.
Bill Phillips: It did have a treacle like appearence
Indeed, good one, where have all the skies gone recently?
Bill Phillips: Uniformly grey for days. no pretty snow pictures under a blue sky!
Field of nightmares for the poor farmer so waterlogged.
Fantastic Sky
Bill Phillips: Now frozen. Who'd be a farmer eh?
You have dark dreams. Mine have been hysterical lately.
Bill Phillips: I do. I can't imagine what an hysterical one is like grin
Dreamy indeed Bill! What a sky...
The clouds are very cool here above the field.
Lovely shot, Bill.
