I think the sign over here would say... KEEP OUT.
Bill Phillips: Not if I had photoshopped it in Jacquelyn grin
I do love the blue of that sky!
Bill Phillips: It was a rare nice day Elizabeth

What beautiful clouds in this lovely blue sky!
Bill Phillips: Aren't they just Helen?

Funny because I have found Droiters a welcoming place Bill.
Bill Phillips: Only because I put in a good word for you

Hahaha! Love the sky with all its meteorological wispy bits
Bill Phillips: Cirrus and all that sort of thing I suppose

Yeah right, this must be on the outskirt of Droitwich.... where the sun shines. wink
Great picture, love the POV.
I hope you just opened the gate and kept walking??
Bill Phillips: A rare sighting Lady P and I actually had the chance to go out with the camera and record it for posterity. The sign is my own embellishment though

I understand - there might be some wild bulls or crazy Droitwich pigs or three stooges going a bit wild ... I agree with Chris' meteorologically fine description!
Bill Phillips: Only lunatic developers to whom I am sending a message

Don't just 'keep out', go back from whence you came and take your urban development plans with you ;o)
Bill Phillips: I am glad someone has twigged the point of this picture Mike grin

Nice composition. Have a lovely day. Amicalement Antoine
Bill Phillips: Thank you very much for your kind comment. I hope your day is good too
Reminds me of Farmer Giles (Viz character): 'Clear off, my land'
A very nice shot, by the way, love that sky! smile
Bill Phillips: I used to like viz especially the readers tips
'Clear off' ... very tame
Bill Phillips: This is a family show so I had to be restrained
I was always told that gates should be open in photo's,it must be different down south...Nice sky though! smile
Bill Phillips: A. This is the Midlands NOT the south
B. That is such an outdated idea. This picture has to have the gate shut
C. Glad you like the sky grin
I wouldn't want to risk meeting whoever wrote that. Free to look at the terrific sky though
Bill Phillips: You don't want to meet me? sad
The sign could have been a lot ruder, Bill. I wonder if you would come face to face with a gun-totting landowner if you were foolish enough not to heed the warning.
Bill Phillips: I didn't want to be too rude as this is a family friendly blog Beverly.

Hahahah!! It reminds me of signs i saw in Co. Kerry in Ireland; all were in Gaelic apart from one which said "Bugger off walkers". I've never been back.
Bill Phillips: I have to confess I added the sign as my message to the Developers
I like the photo, but should we manage to venture Droitwich way this year I trust we will get a warmer welcome than this from the residents of said town.
Bill Phillips: I only added that as a comment on the proposed developers Brian. Maureen and you are assured a warm welcome

A sign to be ignored perhaps?? Wonderful blue sky and clouds
Bill Phillips: Well it will be as it is my message to the developers
I won't venture there Bill and yet the sky is so inviting!
Bill Phillips: Fear not Richard, you would be most welcome
Grumpy old f-rt.
Bill Phillips: Takes one to know one
An unfriendly sign...
Bill Phillips: It is my message to the developers Larry
Hopefully they'll read it and take heed.
Bill Phillips: I wish Graeme!!
Superb Bill, the sign is an added bonus, very amusing indeed smilesmile
Bill Phillips: I added it Sally grin

Even worse than KEEP OUT. I always wish I had a pot of paint when I am out walking, so I could add PLEASE
Bill Phillips: I didn't have room to put more than clear off
A firm statement! No ambiguity there!
Bill Phillips: I like to be straightforward Tom
Ha Ha Bill Life is full of laughs.
Bill Phillips: One long chuckle Martin
excellent shot of the windswept clouds and sky
