This is wonderful Bill. I've really enjoyed your holiday series, thanks for sharing them.
Bill Phillips: I am delighted you did Sally.
I took a picture on a Suffolk beach last week exactly like this, and probably it was the same people and and the same dog. Funnily though, I didn't think of Weymouth.
Bill Phillips: They get around a bit then it seems

Glad you have finished with the best one Bill, and also a reminder of that song. I liked that song enormously.
Bill Phillips: I like to end on a high. Well relatively speaking. A treat for you next week as I have taken in your recent request.

a nice observation and composition - they three beings might belong together to one family- but they like to have now some distance to each other - sometimes necessary!
Bill Phillips: Even at a distance they look companionable smile
Fine image, Bill - looks positively antique - could be from a Victorian album. The song, on the other hand is definitely NOT Victorian smile
Bill Phillips: Early Elizabethan. Well the queen had only been on the throne for about 10 years when this came out :d

The three figures balance nicely
Bill Phillips: Thanks Sarah. I rather liked the bird smile
Very nice Bill. Dogs have lots of fun in beaches..The back track with the seagulls sound in the song is rather funny, wonder who was the recording engineer..haha!
Bill Phillips: Well it was the early 60s Juan Carlos....sadly I remember them well grin
Looks like you holidayed on PEI - a red beach.
Bill Phillips: Not totally genuine Mary wink
A bit of light relief, finally! smile
Bill Phillips: Cheerful stuff next week Fred
A super finale in which to end the series, Bill. Well done!
Bill Phillips: Very kind of you to say so Beverly
Nice one to say goodby to Weymouth with Bill and bringing that song out of the memory banks.
Bill Phillips: I hadn't heard it in years Janet
A good end to the series Bill! smile
Bill Phillips: Thanks very much Martin

I've enjoyed my trip to the seaside with you. I'm sure your shots would be warmly welcomed by the local tourist offices so that they could be used to encourage more visitors. Shame I was not able to try the gigantic sausage, though.
Bill Phillips: I may try that next time I go. Assuming i am allowed in of course

Well you caught the November mood well, not that that is a bad thing as I like the bleak and atmospheric feelings evoked at the end of the year.
Bill Phillips: I would settle for some bright cold frosty stuff for a change from this grey wet stuff!
The weather sadly down't look much of an improvement on the Bournemouth experience, but all the same an entertaining series.
Bill Phillips: At least it stopped raining Brian. Mind you it is peeing down here again today.
I particularly like the backing music Bill most apt.

Made me want to get back to the coast Bill and document some more before our British seaside vanishes forever.
Wonderfully cropped Bill!
Yep..time to leave Weymouth, the weather's closing in!
How people can say this is good, wonderful etc is beyond me Bill.
Boy, do I remember that song... it's haunting and very innovative in its production...
