That beautiful song makes me cry - as I always remember Tom Hanks, in the movie, with this terrible, desperate look of fear on his face as he goes from one lawyer to the next trying to find someone to represent him...
Bill Phillips: Indeed Elizabeth. a great song and a very good film.

Hmmmmm!

Might be the Boss' best song, Bill.
Bill Phillips: One of certainly. My favourite has always been "Tougher than the rest."

The recycling bins take some away from the street scene. I think for a good cause.
The video of Bruce brought back a lot of memory.
Years ago I walked the streets of Philadelphia, many many times, an impressive City with a lot of history.
Bill Phillips: Thanks Lady P. I really liked the bins they look like something form a kids cartoon show!
Everything is lined up so neatly Bill... the recycling bins look like robot soldierssmile....petersmile
Bill Phillips: Prototypes for R2D2

Where is it I don't want to go now? Oh yes - Weymouth!
Bill Phillips: Yes you do. You want to try the pie, and tomorrow there is an even more irresistible culinary treat to tempt you.

I hope you're alright after Jimmy's Beef Piddle ale??
Bill Phillips: Sadly I didn't get to try it...or perhaps luckily :d

You captured some essential desires and needs of us human beans. I don't know Jimmy Riddle - in our newspapar nowadays another rude Jimmy is often mentioned - oh, my loved England!
Bill Phillips: Jimmy Riddle is rhyming slang Philine. The other Jimmy is emerging as something of a monster and, of course, the tabloid press is in a prurient frenzy about it. I can't help thinking it is all a result of the obsession with "personalities" who are elevated to an almost God like status.

I detect a story line here, Bill....?
Bill Phillips: Um well not exactly, just a flavour of the town Ginnie
oh heck ... Gawd The postings today, by the Phillips's gang, has really upset my day.
Bill Phillips: Be fair his is by far the worst.

On the streets of Weymouth
I walked the avenue, 'til my legs felt like stone,
I heard the voices of friends, vanished and gone,

Man - I have this melancholy feel right now. Only beef piddle ale with caramelised onion can save me now.
Bill Phillips: I think what you really need is the Droitwich Sausage Louis

Yes, an odd set of business doings in Weymouth or Why mouth as City fans would say.
Bill Phillips: That would be both of the fans would it?

Is there a recycling bin for recycling recycling bins, I wonder? The river Piddle is legendary and the Piddle valley itself is a delight. Has football ever been away?
Bill Phillips: where do you take wheelie bins for recycling I wonder?

Wyre Piddle is not far from here

Sadly it has not

No comment today as a protest at putting Eb back in his sty.
Bill Phillips: He will return I am looking for something to tax his talents. 2013 will be the year of the Pig
I think this one is much worst than Chris's, Bill!
Bill Phillips: Oh is it really THAT bad? :d
One of my favorite songs. Played this just a couple of days ago in my car, where the cd lives. Lots colour in the shots today.
Bill Phillips: It is a good song. I hadn't heard it for a long time
Weymouth looks like it is very enthusiastic at recycling, showing off on the waterfront. It should put some of those portaloos there too
Bill Phillips: I am in favour of numerous loos being a man of a certain age :d
If only you would recycle your camera, the world would be a better place.
Bill Phillips: You are only jealous of my vastly superior talent Shaw.

Nearly missed you, Bill! Well, I normally like Weymouth, but you spot all sorts of things I have never seen
Bill Phillips: smile Thank you Lisl...i think smile
The Ale doesn't sound too good grin I like the face like bins smile
Bill Phillips: Most of the ale in the 60s and 70s tasted like.....

Bournemouth looks SOOOO much more inviting
Bill Phillips: Hahahahahaha Thank you Anne you have made my day
So Swanage isn't the only place one can drink Piddle, it's spreading!
Bill Phillips: They sold Piddle in Birmingham for years and called it beer Brian
Fine collage Bill. Have you tried the Jimmy Riddle Beef?
Bill Phillips: I confess i have not but I suspect it is very good
LOL at Mick - no treatment needed here, might spur them into action! smile
Bill Phillips: I am always LOL at Mick.
That depressing song is more fit for Bournemouth, I think, Bill smile
Bill Phillips: Not a sing along ditty is it?
Wyre Piddle brews are very good. It appears that Weymouth Quay has only marginally more dustbins than I now have.
Bill Phillips: I'm not averse to a pint of piddle in the hole.
Beef piddle ale sounds unappetizing...
Bill Phillips: We have some very strange names for beer. There is a River Piddle in Dorset from which the beer gets its' name grin
