Too funny! I have to send this to my son as an ecard. I am wondering about tickling fish. Do they not want them to laugh?

Bill Phillips: I understand tickling is a way of catching trout in particular. I assume it was a technique used by poachers.

I didn't think there was much fun in fishing to start with. This has ruined it completely.
