I am trying to think of a suitable word to describe this barbarity and have decided to fall back on good old fashioned HORRIBLE

Aye, they certainly new how to design and build in the 1960's. Listed building status awaits.

Id this was the Co-op thank goodness they didn't use the same architect for the Co-op where we live!

Architecture at its worst. Colour would be wasted on this.
