I agree with Ginnie - and I believe that we are in England, the country where the true men love to be tattooed - Where did I saw more men (and women, too -nowadays) adorned with a tattoo?
Bill Phillips: Yes a lot of tattoos, perhaps it has something to do with our naval past?

He looks quite laid back about his work though he is clearly concentrating.

Working in pastel chalks. The work is gone in the first rain. I could never do that. Very good shot, Bill.
