Ignoring the possibility that it might rain, hail or snow at any time...that's stiff Brit upper-lip...
Bill Phillips: It's stiff Munstershire upper lip Ray
You had fun processing this one didn't you!!! I love the result! Makes it look like a miniature!
Bill Phillips: It's a tool on corel that is a sort of tilt shift. So I had to have a go with it
I like your selective focus on the band stand Bill... this shot with the people in the dark reminds me of the old speak easies from the 40's....petersmile
Bill Phillips: What band stand? This must be even more out of focus than I thought grin

Oh, the night life of Munstershire - the music is a fine accompagnement -and the Prinzipalmarkt will be dancing on the cobblestones...
Bill Phillips: It was a lovely evening stroll we had

This must be a peaceful nocturn from Munstershire. I'm not sure we did the Java Jive when we were there
Bill Phillips: We should have done

And there was silly me thinking you had shot this with that amount of differential focus!

Does look interesting though Bill.
Bill Phillips: It's a tool in PSP4 that attempts to create a tilt shift effect. This is my one and only attempt!
Nice little play around Bill.
Bill Phillips: Bit of fun. i might have another go but with a less busy picture
Isn't that something the previous government said we were going to have when they let the pubs and clubs stay open almost all day and night! This is one part of continental Europe I do enjoy, if the weathers fine.
Bill Phillips: They do it in a civilised way not just drinking to get drunk
That's cool, Bill. I'd do with a bit of cafe living. I get tired of cooking.
Bill Phillips: It's trying to think what to have. I like cooking but I don't have to do it every day
It does look miniaturised Bill, is this what they call tilt shift?
Bill Phillips: That is what this tool is trying to do Fred.....I'm not sure i got it quite right grin

Somehow European nighttime culture seems much more civilised than the typical British of going out and getting "hammered". Why do we do it, I wonder?
Bill Phillips: No idea but it is not a modern phenomena we have always been a nation of heavy drinkers!
"Through a glass, darkly"
Bill Phillips: Well it was night time!
I thought I had sight problems when looking at it Bill! Selective focus?
Bill Phillips: It's a tool in PSP4 that does a sort of tilt shift effect....in theory grin
Tilt shift? A few glasses? Different route, same effect, apparently. Interesting though.
