Kammy

Kammy is 14 now and not as springy in her back legs as she was. This is her "Kammock" that hangs from the fence and she used to be able to jump straight up into it. Now we have had to put a large upturned flower pot below as a half way stage.

Bill Phillips: Our Mac is 12 and not as sprightly as she was....mind you they both can still get a good bit of speed up when they really want to!
She has such an interesting face! Lovely thing- and I'm so happy you've found a way to help her into a favorite spot!
Bill Phillips: I have always liked tortoiseshell cats and Kammy has the most gentle nature

One eye open, one closed...she hardly pays attention to your shenanigans anymore, Bill!
Bill Phillips: She has a very strong personality and when she wants something can shout quite loud until she gets what she wants Ginnie!

lOVELEY LOOKING MOGGY.
Bill Phillips: She is indeed Mick...sorry Helga
Bella will be 14 in two weeks and is showing signs of her age too. She can no longer jump onto my knee - has to be lifted on. Soon we will be saying these things about our children.
Bill Phillips: My Children stopped climbing on my knee a long time ago Mary

Good for you, Bill. Such a beautiful cat needs to be looked after as she reaches here twilight years. My neighbour recently cut a hole in the base of his 6ft high panel fence as his cat was struggling to climb over it lately.
Bill Phillips: We would probably do the same Alan!
Kammy has such beautiful markings, Bill, and really looks good for her age. I'm sure she appreciates the help you've provided to aid her in her fence climbing activities.
Bill Phillips: She still looks quite kitten like as she is a very small cat. I have always liked tortoiseshell cats

We all get like that. I remember when you went down to the local in a quick jog. Now, it is a stately step.

My 14 year old black labrador (deaf) would like to meet Kammy. It will be fun watching the two geriatrics trying to remember who should chase and who should run.
Bill Phillips: Kammy actually likes dogs and used to be friends with a neighbour's Lab. Sadly he is no more and her new one isn't as keen on cats!
Can't beat a bit of slobbing around
Bill Phillips: You calling my cat a slob?????
I'm not into cats much Bill, although I will say she is a fine looking animal. Is 14 a good age for a cat?
Bill Phillips: Hopefully she will be around for a few more years. Our last pair made 14 and 16 and Kammy seems to be in good health apart from a bit of loss of spring in her back end!
I like the way she is staring at you with one eye. She is lovely!
Bill Phillips: She is a pretty little cat and a very sweet natured one
I have the same problem smile
Bill Phillips: You are not alone John grin
She looks a lovely lass, Bill.
