Oh, a very finely dressed up and charming lady - a refined treatment of the photographer - and all a bit English?
Bill Phillips: I suppose it is Philine

Fascinating Bill ;o)

I think we are overdue a hat revival, shame they only come out for weddings - I am fancying the James Bond Trilby from Dr No. All JF Kennedy's fault apparently.
Bill Phillips: I have a ratting cap and a panama and seldom wear either. I didn't know about JFK.
An effective treatment Bill, adds to the glamour smile
Bill Phillips: Thanks Martin

Great work on this one Bill really makes the picture.
Bill Phillips: That's nice of you to say so Peter
Very good portrait, Bill, nice treatment, I like the way her hair merges with what I believe, is called a fascinator, a hat to you and me. smile
Bill Phillips: It is indeed. I learned about these when my daughter got married. It too me ages to remember what they are called
Bill Phillips: Hahahahaha!

Excellent portrait, but the black border takes me from a wedding to a funeral.
Bill Phillips: Very similar events. One person is the centre of attention and afterwards everyone eats and drinks too much

A wedding seems to be one of the few occasions people make an effort for. I believe that such headgear is deemed to be "unsuitable" for Royal Ascot (would not offer much protection if you fell off the horse wearing it.. hahah!!)
Bill Phillips: Apparently so. Even I am forced to make an effort for weddings
She reminds me of someone. Nice treatment and portrait.
Bill Phillips: She may be someone for all I know as there were a lot of actorish types there as the bride is an actor (as they say these days)
I like this Bill, and the vignette helps get rid of some of the bits one can't help getting round the edge in this sort of shot.
Bill Phillips: Hahaha you have rumbled me Brian!

Flamboyant in all ways - lovely, Bill
Bill Phillips: Thank you Lisl
Very nicely twiddled Bill!
Bill Phillips: A little vignette.
Is it a relative before i say anything.
Bill Phillips: Not telling you you old git
Being a hairstylist like I am, I love her hair!
