In truth, Bill, I prefer my home made chips to appear randomly on the plate rather than stacked like firewood...
Bill Phillips: that's at home Ray, you have to be a little more sophisticated dining out
i have been meaning to try food photography for a while now and your shot reinforces that intention
Bill Phillips: I don't normally photograph my dinner! But this place deserves all the publicity it can get
Ray clearly has a problem with proper presentation... Glad you enjoyed your dinner!
Bill Phillips: He's Australian, what do you expectgrin

It would be churlish of me not to declare I'd probably scoff this lot down in a trice!

Naturally you have tried these: several times if I know you...
Bill Phillips: You may recall the Gardeners Arms as we had a drink there with Chad and Trimbo. It has had a makeover and now does very nice food. This was my first, and, so far, only visit. I will return!! The food is very good

Oh, your picture is watering my mouth - lecker, lecker! -although it is now breakfast/ontbijt time for me - but I'm afraid this meal is reserved for our birthday child today: Ginnie Hart (Hart means in Dutch Heart!)- she may fully enjoy it! Home made chips- wonderful!
Bill Phillips: They were very nice and the sausages and pies they do are made by a local butcher....I will be going again!

Fame at last.. foodies will flock, no doubt, to enjoy just cuisine. Bit stingy on the chips, though smile The pub seem to offer good value and a a tearoom, too, I see. I'm still reeling after paying £5.50 for three blobs of Tesco Value ice cream (maybe - other brands are available) in a pub in Kent. The "We Saw You Coming".
Bill Phillips: Not bad for six quid and they are proper chips!

You do love your food. It even appears with a big heart around it.
Bill Phillips: Nearest thing I have to religion grin
Please Bill! I've just had my breakfast! smile
Bill Phillips: It was very tasty

You pay for that?
Bill Phillips: Well they don't give it away. The sausages were excellent
Sausage, chips & gravy - lovely! You were patient, taking the time to photograph, with the smells wafting your nose grin
Bill Phillips: Fastest picture I have ever taken Martin

Looks good Bill, though I have to say I'm not a fan of chips with gravy - makes them go all soggy!
Bill Phillips: Putting gravy on the chips is optional. I love gravy on chips! the sausages were excellent
Very appetizing it looks too Bil. Yummy
Bill Phillips: It was very tasty. We will definitely go again!
This looks extremely appetising Bill, right up my street, Maureen's also but she wouldn't admit it. I must look for the 10% voucher in case we should ever wander that way.
Bill Phillips: It was very tasty Brian and should you come to Droiters We would happily join yousmile

Bill, you seem to live in an area of such culinary delights that the possibility of trying to lose weight is ten times harder than improverished food areas.
Bill Phillips: I have given up the unequal struggle and will buy bigger clothes
