I'll confess...I'll even chat to my buddy, Rupert, and get him to confess...

Send it back!
Bill Phillips: I get the feeling you don't much care for my little Holga
I like the way the limy green leaves stand out in the center!
Bill Phillips: So do I Elizabeth
i think that this series is getting blurrier each day... i'm sorry Bill... but you are not getting very good press with your Holga... it is best to send it back to Hong Kong and beg for your £11.95 back sad....petersmile
Bill Phillips: I thought this was the best one so far.

Had you thought of doing something different today. LIKE CHUCKING THE DAMN THING IN THE RIVER!
Bill Phillips: I love it! When the novelty wears off i will give it to another Pentax owner
I can only repeat what I said yesterday
Bill Phillips: You are not really trying here Richard.

Isn't it great to get some pictures out of that Holga. I must say, for the money, you get as much as you can.
(don't listen to the others, they are just jealous grin)
Bill Phillips: It's a bit of fun and i'm enjoying the comments too grin
Are you desperate for anniedog to return and comment or are you grateful that she is not observing your latest fascination Bill.
Bill Phillips: The great anniedog has given me valuable help and advice

Better again Bill, seems to need something it at least half focus on - presume you have your autofocus off. Wistful feel to it (or 1970's Boots developing if you are of a cynical disposition).
Bill Phillips: There is no autofocus. It is a fixed f8 lens with settings for close up, groups and landscape, just like the cheap cameras of old. I well remember Boots developing and also made the mistake of using their slide film too!!!

I think they are all being very mean about your dabble with Holga - just don't move on to pinholes!
Bill Phillips: Holga is keeping me quiet for now Paul grin

This one is better Bill. One would expect traditional Holga shots to be brighter with a distinct vignette. 'Toy' cameras have a big following I know.
Bill Phillips: My camera has a "toy" setting as I think many of them do. This lens doesn't vignette as much as I thought it would. Certainly not for this type of shot

Hhaah at Ray. I'm going to have to Google for Holga and see what it is supposed to be doing.
Bill Phillips: Look back at some of Anniedog's pictures and you will see what it should do
Not bad, Bill. It doesn't have the greatest focus but perhaps that is meant to be.
Bill Phillips: It shouldn't be sharp, after all it is about as cheap ass it goes!
This one is better Bill
Bill Phillips: Thanks Martin. Yes I think it is
It comes with a set of dark glasses?
Bill Phillips: Basically yes Tom grin
Actually, going against the majority, I quite like this one, I did say quite, I think that's called scant praise.
Bill Phillips: The expression is damned with faint praise as I recall Brian. gringringringrin
Think i prefer Helga over Holga.
Bill Phillips: Who wouldn't?
Everyone seems being jealous of your purchase Bill!
Bill Phillips: All they have to do is go on Ebay and spend twelve quid!
I just don't know.
