Started snowing early yesterday afternoon. Hopefully it will be gone by the time I get up this morning. Still for those of you who like the stuff here is a snow collage....and no smart remarks about how little there is

That's never snow, Bill...that's not!

More like you over-exposed this roll of fillum, and are just making up an excuse.
Bill Phillips: Hahaa..I did snow for several hours so now it looks like proper snow. Yuk!
hahahha...
Bill Phillips: We ended up with about an inch. Trouble is it turned to rain before it stopped so it is going to be icy everywhere this morning
Four to five inches here over night
Bill Phillips: There isn't much more than an inch here and it rained on top of it so it is going to be horribly icy this morning I expect. I doubt if my daughter Helen will risk coming over from Worcester this morning.

Snow is snow - and I can admire you to enjoy this 'stuff' finally - Here it is only b****y cold (minus 11 °C) -I like the bench (in a better state than Chris' and Alan's ones) pics and the love-ly garden gate with the Valentine hearts (I saw such gentle gates in Lynton where Helena and Andy had their honeymoon)!
Bill Phillips: It is slowly thawing on a grey and foggy day. Still I am trying to renovate two old dining room chairs so I am able to ignore the weather

Ah... now I can see why the Police were talking about "essential journeys only"! (who can afford to do the journeys for fun these days?). This depth of snow explains why 1/3rd of Heathrow flights were cancelled just as the first flake fell. We had more than this near East Midlands Airport yesterday but most has gone this morning. I hope the roads are clear for my trip back home.
Bill Phillips: Furthest I have been today was the back of my car to unload some stuff from yesterday

No smart remarks at all: bet you eventually got more than this
Bill Phillips: We got about an inch maybe two but it is quietly melting under a grey and foggy day. With a bit of luck it will be gone tomorrow

? snow.... did you sneeze into the flour jar??? Yep, snow is snow..... and if/when it stays on the ground, you take pictures. Me too grin.....
Please be careful on the icy roads, now THAT IS WHAT I HATE, rain on frosty roads.... we will have that next week... sad
Bill Phillips: We got an inch or so in the end and it rained onto the snow so very treacherous this morning. seems to be thawing gently and it is much less cold today. Hopefully it will be gone tomorrow.

Only an inch - you are lucky - about 4 inches here. Total white out!
Bill Phillips: We tend to get off fairly lightly. If it is bad here you will probably be buried in the stuff grin
Put it this way. I made sure not to be drinking my coffee.
Bill Phillips: Always a wise precaution Mary
Superb set of pictures Bill of the time of year.
Bill Phillips: It's my garden, I wasn't going to go any further grin
Good collage Bill, We seem to have had more than you, I guess 4 - 6 inches on our garden, and we HAVE to go Leicester tomorrow, like it or not, so I hope it keeps on thawing. BTW I guess Tiff will be quite envious of your bench, it makes his look even more decrepit.
Bill Phillips: We are down at Acorns in the morning but we could walk if we had to. I think we got off lightly, but Droitwich usually does. Hope you are OK tomorrow
I like the collage Bill smile
Bill Phillips: Thank you Martin
Fine collage Bill. We've had four to six inches of snow last night.
Bill Phillips: We had about an in or so and it has been quietly thawing all day
Lovely bit of benching you've got there, Bill
