Simply beautiful Bill! This is a real cracker and I love the color of the sky. well done!
Bill Phillips: The sky really was that colour, it just wasn't in the same place as the house
How gorgeous is that?! The house and the flowers! And the sky looks like it's on fire!
Bill Phillips: The sky is a couple of years later than the rest of the picture
wonderful effect. great sky
Bill Phillips: The sky is an addition

Tis gorgeous, Bill...Armageddon arrives in suburbia...
Bill Phillips: The cyclist is doomed
You only took this because of the woman on the bike
Bill Phillips: I always like a well turned ankle

and the Sirit of old- fashioned merry England -only the biker lady looks a bit too modern - I imagine an in Victorian style dressed up lady wearing a long, white dress, sweeping the pavement...- a sweet picture, deasr Ogden -and now some poetry!
Bill Phillips: A Drink With Something In It

There is something about a Martini,
A tingle remarkably pleasant;
A yellow, a mellow Martini;
I wish I had one at present.
There is something about a Martini,
Ere the dining and dancing begin,
And to tell you the truth,
It is not the vermouth--
I think that perhaps it's the gin.
Quite a startling effect, Bill.
Bill Phillips: Startling is the trademark of Ogden
Long live Ogden Bill.
Bill Phillips: He is much more fun than I am

It is a bit early for such an assault on the eyes Bill. Is this a vision of the future when global warming sees all our field aflame...in January?
Bill Phillips: Better than the assault on the eyes that the cricket has been so far today

Oh dear.. never mind smile I saw a sky a very similar colour to that this morning but alas did not have a camera to hand (i was in the gym!) It's a beautiful house.
Bill Phillips: I didn't notice the sky this morning as I was watching the cricket. Mind you after our batting performance I think I might have preferred the gym
I like this Bill, it is a fine looking house as is the ladies well turned ankle. I was wondering what had happened to our old friend Ogden.
Bill Phillips: The spirit lingers on. i might get him to do a series one day

An eye-catching, surreal image. A work of art; it's very clever & disturbing: a typical village scene & yet not smile
Bill Phillips: The original picture is quite choccie box grin
