Send new monitor please,or Angie fell down a black hole.
Bill Phillips: Look on right 2/3 way up
Yes Bill, I think I see someone in here. A very nice B/W.
Bill Phillips: Well it is a silhouette!
What kind of monitor do you recommend? smile
Bill Phillips: LG are very good smile

A see 2 Anges, one Maude, and 3 Claras, Bill...does that mean my Monitor is OK?
Bill Phillips: Your monitor is fine Ray. You on the other hand..............
I see her, and I think also the moon? Kind of a cool image here Bill!
Bill Phillips: Well spotted Elizabeth. It is indeed the moon in a clear blue sky!

For fear of being pummeled, I will say I can't see Ange, but will keep the monitor. Man, you guys. If I indicate the wrong object as Ange I can land in the hog's trough.
Bill Phillips: On the right about 2/3 of the way up.

I see, I see, what you don't see grin
My favorite game on Monday morning.
I see Ange I hope you took her home after taking the picture.
Love the B&W, lots of drama, I hope it did not scare Ange.
Bill Phillips: We had a nice stroll and then went home. Ange doesn't scare easily...I do though

I can see her alright: the moon looks as if it is about to drop on her. Actually this is a good Blackbill pic
Bill Phillips: Well done spotting the moon.

Nice B&W composition Bill but I have a decent new monitor and can only just make Ange out!
Bill Phillips: I never said she was obvious!
I don't need a new monitor Bill!
Lovely light.
Bill Phillips: Hehe I knew you wouldn't Richard

No problems with this Bill, fine use of B&W to focus the eye on the subject.
Bill Phillips: I think there is an almost infinite number of possibilities for pictures by a canal!
I suppose that phallic black form on the right is Ange. My monitor is new.
Bill Phillips: It is grin

Has Ange turned into a pillar of wood? THIS IS FAR TOO BRIGHT!
Bill Phillips: No a pillar of salt
I can't see Ange, and I am using a brand new computer/monitor set up. Cost me a lot of money six weeks ago. So I don't think I going to buy a new monitor. Perhaps you could make the black and white a bit lighter? smile smile
Bill Phillips: Hehehehe! She is on the right about 2/3 of the way up the picture

Loved Ray's comment, but probably not a good idea to encourage him smile A good bit of timber in the foreground. I understand that elm was the timber of choice for lock gates as it lasts well in water.
Bill Phillips: Never encourage Ray grin
I didn't know that about Elm. With the lack of English elm now I wonder if they still use it
Your Ange seems a bit shy Bill, or did you tell her to keep out of the picture.
Bill Phillips: She had no idea she was going to be in it Brian grin
Yup - I see her hiding behind that bin!
Bill Phillips: What bin?
She is a silhouette directly below the moon... nice B&W of the old canal lock....petersmile
Bill Phillips: She is indeed
I think she has fallen in the water after dealing with the lock gates whilst you stand around trying to take arty-farty snaps
Bill Phillips: So that was what I heard

Very atmospheric, I think I can see someone, on the right. The second lock gate nearly points to her and yes I can see the moon; I like it!
Bill Phillips: You have spotted everything then Martin!
An excellent 'play', Bill. I don't expect it kept you on the straight and narrow - the canal I mean!
Bill Phillips: nothing will ever keep me on the straight and narrow Neil grin

Is Ange is fancy dress and dressed as a lock paddle winding gear? Nothing with the screen on my iMac.. must be your photo.
Bill Phillips: My pictures are not iMac friendly.

I can make out a figure o the right - I presume that is her. A strange and rather unsettling composition - I like it.
Bill Phillips: I was in playing with wide angle mode at the time grin. Pleased you like it because I do too
