There were pigeons overhead, and he didn't want them polluting his tasty red.
Bill Phillips: I think you may well have the answer

Is this the new leader our country is crying out for?
Bill Phillips: I think Ray has a more credible explanation
The man in white coat is waiting to take him away I guess.

I think the art of pontificating only develops fully when we are retired.
Bill Phillips: There is more time to hone the skill to perfection Richard

If this is a neighbour, I hope you stood well clear when taking these
Bill Phillips: A very good friend of mine....well hopefully he still will be if he sees this

He is at a summer party, enjoying his glass of red wine and a bit weeping with emotion or chocked with emotion! I think he has to say some important words - and there is to say so much after the last events in politics, financial things...
Bill Phillips: John is never lost for words.

Such a long story and he was able to tell that without taking one sip of wine..... amazing........

Excellent Bill - was he trained in signalling to crane operators?
Bill Phillips: He is an engineer and learned his trade at Longbridge. He was once quality manager at Rover. I have a feeling he had to preside over the SD1
Glad he has a tissue so there is no dripping into the wine.
Bill Phillips: That would never do

I know this. The man, who hates his neighbour is harvesting semi dried mucous from his nose (he still has that bad cold) and hurling said unpleasant material over the fence to amuse himself. He is off course three parts drunk.
Bill Phillips: You have a rampant and distorted imagination Chad
Hope the choir sounded good!
Bill Phillips: He couldn't conduct a bus let alone a choir

I think he has spotted Chad climbing gutteridge and pointing the way for him to get down safely grin
Bill Phillips: Thank you for the only sensible suggestion Linda. Obvious to anyone who thinks it through
He's telling his neighbour how he put a brick through his TV because both Robert Peston and John Simpson were both on at the same time!
Bill Phillips: Watch Al Jazeera Brian neither of them is on it.

Some good instruction here Bill smile
Bill Phillips: Very unlikely john
Like how you did this set! It's a great idea!
Bill Phillips: Thanks. Done using Picasa
It doesn't matter what he was about Bill... but i love what you have done with his actions... great collage....petersmile
Bill Phillips: Nobody was listening anyway
Maybe it was the wine talking. I've seen people get like this - hold their arms down and they are speechless.
Bill Phillips: Tried it and it doesn't stop him
