They don't look very happy, Bill...perhaps they would prefer to be boats.
Bill Phillips: They are just hamming it up Ray
The green one actually looks a little like a frog actually!
Bill Phillips: My you have some funny frogs in the good old US of A smile

Pork Friday..... wonderful species...
In Holland people eat fish on Friday... but pork is also good of course.
Bill Phillips: That used to be the tradition here too. I confess pork is my favourite!

This is exactly the kind of thing Astrid snaps in honor of you, Sir Bill, whenever she sees it! Believe it or not, pork is more plentiful in the grocery shops here than lamb!
Bill Phillips: No surprise Ginnie it is a lot cheaper!

Yes, but they look a bit envious at each other while asking: Who is the most beautiful in the country? The pig on the right should be adorned with four -clove-leaves! And where is Ebernezer Pig? And where is Mr. Pig? Your collection?
Bill Phillips: Eb is a bit busy today and Mr Pig is planning a new series next year, if he has tme

They look so nice, take them for a pignick. Humour them and eat just bread with jam and some coffee/tea.
Bill Phillips: no bacon sandwiches then?

I remember the album with nostalgia: well I would at my age. What happened to piggybanks: do they still exist?
Bill Phillips: At your age you should be pleased you can remember anything.

Yes they do
Not very tasty, though!
Bill Phillips: Not a rival to the Clent hills Bacon buttie
They are very cute! I got some similar ones for my grandchildren a few years ago then personalized them.
Bill Phillips: It isn't everyone who can personalise a pig Mary smile
Ha, ha, good one Bill, and a nice bit of Floyd as well.
Bill Phillips: Well most of us are of an age smile
I think they are very nice Bill
Bill Phillips: So do I Frances

Bill Phillips: Our local rabbi would not be too keen
I'm a real fan of pigs, I also like eating them. I would really like these two on my window sill.
Bill Phillips: You can be both Brian, it has never stopped me
Yes very nice. I like pigs of any sort, but not to eat.

And the poor old Battersea regeneration project has gone into receivership again.

Plans for £5.5bn redevelopment of derelict London landmark in doubt days after George Osborne and Boris Johnson announce enterprise zone and tube extension: http://www.guardian.co.uk/business/2011/nov/30/battersea-power-station-redevelopment-collapses
Bill Phillips: George Osborne is bit of a kiss of death
Mr. Pig... would these be part of the family... great shot in good light....petersmile
Bill Phillips: I wish the were!
