A very nice picture Bill. I love the color of the leaves.
Bill Phillips: It is a vine which, every year, grows through the fence from our neighbour's garden and looks lovely in the autumn!
A great composition, Bill!!
Bill Phillips: Thank you Elizabeth. The garden thermometer is not very accurate!

Oh, this must be a picture for Ginnie - the sun clock got Mr. Pig's colour while blushing with shame -your garden might be a delight for the eyes! (Later I'll look at the alternative version)
Bill Phillips: It is only quite small but I like it!
Eb's is loads better
Bill Phillips: Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

This is rubbish
Bill Phillips: Bog off porky
I love all those subtle colours.
Bill Phillips: the terracotta of the thermometer sets it off rather nicely i thought Sheila smile

It may not be a clock tower or a sun dial but...a thermometer of sorts? I could start collecting those, Bill. smile
Bill Phillips: It is a garden thermometer Ginnie. Not terribly accurate but it appealed to me. They make a matching clock!

I bet Mr Pig has the same photo in black and white. So sure am I that I shan't bother looking. Instead I shall say to Mr Pig (please pass this to him). Nice piccy but a bit too dark.
Bill Phillips: You are just too clever for me

I see that Mr Pig has forgotten his manners! I think on this occasion I prefer your version to Mr Pig's.
Bill Phillips: Sadly Mr Pig has the manners of one
Nicely composed, Bill
Bill Phillips: Thank you Tom

I like it but the plant is hiding the clock
Bill Phillips: It is a thermometer mate!
And there's me telling Mr.Pig we have one like this that isn't a clock when it isn't a clock at all. We also have a garden thermometer but it is nothing like this. Sorry this must seem very boring.
Bill Phillips: I think the excitement of a new computer and windows 7 has overstressed you Brian.

Ah yes! I prefer this version to the mono. We live in a colourful world which is not visible on a b&w TV. I'm not sure what time this is showing, is that a "-10" on the LH side? What time zone would this be?
Bill Phillips: I see you have realised your error

It seems Mr Pig is in competition with you, its a very close call, so not to upset you or Eb, I really like them both grin
Bill Phillips: No this one is the better version without doubt.

A great picture of mr Snotgrass. For some reason it seems familiar.
Bill Phillips: I think someone has been copying my pictures
Nice picture!
Bill Phillips: Thank you Victoria. Pleased you like it. Nice of you to pay me a visit smile
