Droiters, it seems, is a "happening" place in Autumn, Bill.
Bill Phillips: It is a happening place all the year round Ray

Ray is right - wonderful autumnal light in Droitwitch thanks to the salty air!
Bill Phillips: This was taken not far from the old salt works!

For me Bill, it is always winter in Droitwich. The light is good in this picture though. I liked your comment on Ray's blog. I have also wondered why cat's will drink any disgusting water apart from the clean stuff you give them.
Bill Phillips: You must strive to overcame your inaccurate impression of Droitwich. This is the land flowing with milk and honey, where people set of for work with a song in their hearts and a smile on their faces.

Yes all cats seem to do it!

Excellent capture of the light. Autumn certainly has the edge for this sort of photograph.
Bill Phillips: Thanks Ingrid. It removes the choccie box perfection!
Great image, Bill.
Bill Phillips: Thanks Tom
A good autumn image as the darker winter days approach.
Bill Phillips: Trouble is as soon as it gets dark I think it is bed-time!
Really nice back lighting here Bill, or Contre Jour as the experts say, Droitwich looks more promising as each day passes.
Bill Phillips: I am a fan of the old contre-jour, in fact the next two are also of that ilk!
