That is a nice characterful corner (or is it a nook) of the Park
Bill Phillips: or a pook or nark
Like your image Bill 'Blueberry Hill' is a favourite track of mine.
Bill Phillips: Old Fats was one of the early greats!

A fine detail shot, Bill. I like the stonework and the plants trying to take over.
Bill Phillips: today the step.....tomorrow...THE WORLD
The colour combination of the door, the stone exterior and the flowers blend beautifully to produce a lovely image, Bill.

Love your choice of music.
Bill Phillips: Old Fats was good
Fats is great character and artist, and at 83 still cool. I remember seeing shots of his home in New Orleans after Katrina flooding and damage, on photo blogs at the time. The shadow across the door gives this a sense of foreboding for me.
Bill Phillips: I hadn't thought about how old he is but i suppose he's being going since the 50s.

I like this Bill, like a photo from a 'Homes' magazine.
Bill Phillips: Thank you Chad
A fine doorway, I like these kind of shots. The stone is a lovely golden colour.
Bill Phillips: Lovely mellow colour that comes with age
I don't know where Newark Park is, but the words that immediately sprang to mind when I looked at this were "gritty north".

Have always loved Fats Domino
Bill Phillips: Rural Gloucestershire near Wotton under Edge

He was good
