Well that's a massive tree! Those chairs add such an interesting little pop of color!
Bill Phillips: They are very tiny chairs

Haha - for the three stooges threetreeseats - or better one proper bench - closer to the tall, old tree that could give some shadow on the dog days we may be expecting yet!
Bill Phillips: A wonderful thought three old buffers under the tree

Good eye, Bill! Of course, my first inclination is to go put them side-by-side. smile
Bill Phillips: That would never have entered my head
I like the two little red chairs in the field, waiting for someone to sit on them
Bill Phillips: They would have got very wet as it had just rained

A bit different from Seatreats. I like the spot oranje Bill.
Bill Phillips: Merely an anagram of difference
Perfect placement for afternoon shade, I'm guessing. That's a wonderful, tall tree.
Bill Phillips: Purely randomly left there Mary

Love it! The mysterious placing of the chairs in an unknown field is quite tantalising.
Bill Phillips: So I will not spoil it by telling you why or where
I like this
Bill Phillips: Really? Coo

Still at the fete Bill? Nicely observed - Mrs Dog would like this. They really give a sense of scale to the fine tree and perfect colour contrast too.
Bill Phillips: Don't tell her where it is as it will spoil the mystery for her
What a wonderful tree, the placement of the seats of course is somewhat strange.
Bill Phillips: Or perhaps the chairs are wonderful and the tree is strange...I'm in a silly mood today Brian, take no notice

Looks like the seats are placed for people who don't want to talk to each other. Is this for the expected audience at a cricket match?
Bill Phillips: Or to watch Birmingham City play football
Just the place for a secret meeting.
Bill Phillips: Trouble is you would have to shout
Nice juxtaposition.
Bill Phillips: And not set up in any way
In my imagination, Bill, I picture the chairs having a spat and using their metal legs to move further and further away from each other.
Bill Phillips: grin What a great idea!
Very arty Bill, I like it smile
Bill Phillips: LOL! Thanks John
