A real rarity. Surprised no developer's snapped this one up.
Bill Phillips: Most of the rest of the dock area has been restored and i have no idea why this one has been left

Probably more interesting this way than it will be after refurbishment, Bill.
Bill Phillips: Actually the restored buildings look OK, it is the new ones that are a bit dodgy!

Yes, Chris might be right - a blackdog feel of tristesse - a refined picture! - and I hope the water and the bushes will recover, too, and gain their original healthy blue and green colour again.
Bill Phillips: Tristesse...what a lovely word that is.

Sure looks like it would need lot of work
Bill Phillips: Lick of paint, be like new mate
On a river front like this one, they sure would have potential.
This looks like you have split toned it or am I imagining it grin
Bill Phillips: I may have done but as i have no idea what that means let's just say i twiddledgringringrin
A shame to see buildings like this falling into dereliction. Like the toning Bill.
Bill Phillips: Not sure why this one has been left. Most of the area has been tarted up

Looks like a great place to explore, nice capture.
I'm taken with the cute little building with the pointed roof next to it, Bill. Do you know if it is occupied?
