Looks like you would have room to recline across several seats and take a refreshing nap, Bill.
Bill Phillips: We rang to find out what time the kick off was and they said when can you get here?

Is the result of the empty seat, because everybody was watching the re-run of the Wedding??
I hope the people will know what they missed with this fabulous action shot of 22 men + 1 running behind a ball....
Love the POV though.
Bill Phillips: This was before the wedding but Barcelona were playing Real Madrid in the first leg of the Champions league semi final at the same time

They need some whooping and hollering action, Bill, to get things moving again. HA!
Bill Phillips: This isn't America Ginnie this is Worcestershire...we don't whoop and holler much

looks like you were lucky to get a ticket for this game. I like the angles here with the centre line and then the line formed by the roof.
Bill Phillips: They were selling like hot cakes Alan

Someone has stolen the half time oranges . The game just had to stop
Bill Phillips: They kept kicking the ball out of the ground. I think they might have been looking for aone

This is one of the most depressing shots I have ever seen on Shutterchance
Bill Phillips: what worse than your Bl**dy bench
No that big a crowd Bill but Northwich never got huge crowds.
Bill Phillips: I think there about 300 or so Stanley. I don't think the Worcester senior cup is exactly a big draw
Isn't that what football is about !
Great image
Bill Phillips: I am no longer sure what football is all about. Not when they talk about winning penalties
Ah! So that's what they do on a football field - I've often wondered. I used to think it was ballet training.
Bill Phillips: They are very good at pretending to be fouled in the higher leagues. In this sort of football they just try and win
Where are all the spectators?
Bill Phillips: most of them were on the other side...which was where the bar is
They are all facing in different directions, no so and so appears to know what is going on, they need that grumpy old sod Sir Alex there to sort them all out.
Bill Phillips: This is the beautiful game Brian. It is just spoiled by being played by footballers

Strange goings on Bill. The ball is nowhere to be seen, the play is at walking pace, the linesman is behaving indecisively, A dazed player wanders off the pitch in his stuper and there appears to be a dead player on the ground.
Bill Phillips: The ball disappeared over the top of various stands with monotonous regularity Chad. By this pint in the game most of the Worcester players seemed to have lost the will to live. I know I had
I like this a lot. The flood lit colour is great.
Bill Phillips: I like the colour of the sky.
The light and angles are very satisfying.
Bill Phillips: Thank you Graeme. I thought so and am pleased someone agrees
Maybe if someone scored a goal it would put a bit of life in the crowd.
Lol at Ginnie and you smile
Bill Phillips: Stourbridge had already scored two and Worcester didn't look like scoring in a month of Sundays
Well composed Bill and the colours are great
Bill Phillips: Thank you Janet.
Big crowd.. smile Nice perspective
Bill Phillips: There were a few hundred and it was quite good fun
There's nothing I can say here that hasn't already been said- except that I love reading these exchanges by you witty Brits! Very entertaining- Oh and I like the photo too! Gread sky!
Bill Phillips: We have a bit of fun! I have to say I have made some very good friends since I have been on Shutterchance and have been fortunate to meet several.
I read all of the comment about empty seats and lucky to get a ticket and all of that funny stuff....has nobody even noticed the great composition of this photo Bill....well i have ....good job M8....petersmile
Bill Phillips: Thank you kindly Peter. Much appreciated
nice wide angle view. love the vibrant colours too
Bill Phillips: The colour under floodlights came out in a very interesting fashiongrin
