I'm glad you gave the date - I was afraid winter had come very early.
We have to come back to UK for a week at the end of the month, and it mustn't snow until we come back to Spain. Sheila has spoken!

What a joy this is, Bill. I recognise the view from the day I had with with you. Snow on the Clent Hill is unlikely at the moment; its around 17 deg C here and I guess not a lot different there.

I was here this morning before light and heard on the radio that we'd had our first snow. Surprisingly, none stayed on the ground in my community but it did in some. It all melted though since then. We are to have two cold days the Fri will be 15.
